A Little About Charlotte

How and why I became a Groomer

My name is Charlotte and I have been grooming professionally for nearly four years now.  I have a very handsome Leonberger called Harry, who is my absolute world. I have also had an Irish Wolfhound called Dillon, and a Westie called Duke.

I have always wanted to work with animals, particularly dogs, as I love the completely unique relationships between dogs and their humans. Their unconditional love and boundless individual personalities will never cease to awe and amaze me. I wanted a career where I could be hands on with dogs and improve their wellbeing, whilst also helping to increase their socialisation and keep an eye on their general health. It is always my priority to make a dog look and feel their best, and help to make every experience a good one for dogs of every age. I am very passionate that even though a dog may enter the salon understandably nervous and unsure, that they leave with a waggy tail having had an enjoyable experience. My favourite part of being a dog groomer is helping those dogs who may need a few extra cuddles and kisses, and generally a little bit more TLC, and watching them improve and relax with each appointment. I find dog grooming a very rewarding vocation.

I achieved my Level 3 City and Guilds certificate in 2015, and went on to be the Salon Manager in a very busy commercial salon.

I am really looking forward to this new opportunity, and I can't wait to meet you and your lovely furry friends!"

A little about Jessie

Why I love what i do!

My name is Jessie, i have been grooming since 2016 but have always known from a young age I wanted to work with dogs.

My passion is creating a comfortable and enjoyable grooming experienced for every dog I have the opportunity to groom.

Teeth Cleaning

Brushing is as important for our dogs is just as important as in humans. Inflammation of the gums, formation of tartar, periodontitis or mechanical tartar removal in combination with anaesthesia lead to great stress for the animal and its owner. emmi®-pet has been developed to treat or even prevent such conditions without the need for anaesthetic.

How it works!

Emmi-pet, with its unique and patented dental care system, is now setting a new trend for a completely new kind of dental protection and oral hygiene. It is gentle, motionless and does not involve brushing or any abrasive action! The Piezo-Chip sits in the head of the ultrasonic toothbrush behind the bristles and generates up to 96 million ultrasonic waves (air vibrations) per minute.

These ultrasound waves are transferred, via the bristles of the toothbrush head, onto Emmi-pet's specially formulated toothpaste.

At this point 'micro bubbles' are generated, which react with the air vibrations and implode.

These implosions effectively eliminate and remove food particles, plaque and bacteria from within your pet’s mouth.

Emmi-pet effectively combats:

Gingivitis and periodontitis

Oral cavity diseases

Plaque and tartar build up

Bad breath

We recommend a regular dental routine for your pets and are now happy to offer a maintenance and protection plan for your pets’, in the salon. In addition, for the best oral health we recommend a home routine in conjunction with our service and regular dental checks with your veterinarian.

We may require a consultation with you and your pet to assess their oral condition, suitability, acceptance and discuss the best way forward for each individual pet.

Our treatments do not replace veterinary treatment or advice, we may advise veterinary treatment prior to salon teeth cleaning or decide we believe salon teeth cleaning not appropriate.
